Why the team structure matters to your file
Most borrowers meet a loan officer, sign an application, and then disappear into a queue. Files stall there, usually because a document request sat in someone’s inbox for four days while everyone assumed someone else owned it.
We keep one licensed originator responsible for your file from start to finish. Processing coordination sits alongside that person rather than in a separate department, so when underwriting asks for a condition, somebody chases it the same day. Since a purchase contract runs on a clock, and a missed financing deadline can cost you the deposit, that responsiveness is not an administrative nicety.
Bilingual service works the same way. Hablamos Español means the whole conversation happens in Spanish if you prefer, including the document requests and the closing explanation, rather than a translated sentence at the start and English thereafter.
Everyone here is individually licensed
