Reviews & Testimonials

Florida Mortgage Solvers reviews: where to find them, and how to judge any mortgage broker’s reputation before you commit.

Our review status, stated plainly

We are a newer brokerage and we are still building our public review history, so we are not going to display testimonials we do not have. As clients close, their reviews will appear on Google, Zillow and LendingTree under our own profiles, where you can read them independently rather than taking our word for it.

If you have worked with us already, tell us how it went. Honest criticism is more useful to us than a five-star rating.

How to judge any mortgage broker, including us

Reviews are one signal and not the strongest one. Three checks tell you more.

  • The licence. Look the company and the individual up on NMLS Consumer Access. It is free, and it shows licence status, employment history and any regulatory action. Most people never open that last section.
  • The Loan Estimate. Get one from three lenders and compare page two, where the fees sit. A broker confident in their pricing hands it over without friction.
  • Recent, relevant closings. Ask whether they have closed your specific situation lately, whether that is a self-employed file, a condo, or an investment property. General enthusiasm is not the same as recent experience.

Reading reviews well

When our reviews do appear, read them the way you should read anyone’s. Look for detail rather than adjectives, because “great service” tells you nothing while “they caught a condo association issue two weeks before closing” tells you plenty. Check the dates, since a firm’s service can change as it grows. Meanwhile read the negative ones first, as how a company answers a complaint is more revealing than a wall of praise.

In the meantime, see who we are, read our guides, or request a free quote and judge the first conversation for yourself.
